Location. The Eden Hotel is located in the centre of Cannes, France, within 200 metres of the beach and the famous Croisette Promenade and one kilometre from the Palais des Festivals de Cannes. Cannes central train station is one kilometre away. Hotel Features. Situated on the main shopping street of Rue d'Antibes, the Eden Hotel is surrounded by fashionable clothing boutiques and cinemas. A modern property, incorporating contemporary minimalist design and Zen ambiance, facilities include a rooftop swimming pool and sun terrace, an indoor pool with a hot tub, a fitness centre, steam room and beauty salon.
The Eden Restaurant offers a buffet breakfast (surcharge) in a bright, simply furnished atmosphere with subtle tones and marble features. At the end of the day, the Eden Lounge Bar offers guests a place to relax in front of an open-hearth fireplace.
Business facilities include three meeting rooms, an auditorium with seating for up to 100 people, audio- visual equipment and high-speed Internet access.
A variety of water sports can be arranged along the beaches of La Croisette and many other recreational activities are available in the vicinity, including downhill and cross-country skiing, horse riding and sightseeing flights. Three golf courses are located within ten kilometres.
Guestrooms. All 115 air-conditioned guestrooms have simple, bright decor with wood flooring, modern furnishings and a hint of Japanese design. Each has a flatscreen television with cable, direct-dial telephone, wireless Internet access, minibar and safe. Marble bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, complimentary toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. In-room childcare can be arranged (surcharge).
Expert Tip. The narrow streets around the 12th-century Tour de Mount Chevalier and Notre-Dame- de-l'Espérence Church are a reminder of the city's medieval roots. From the ramparts in front of the church, there are views across the city and the Massif de l'Esterel mountains.

From Nice Cote d'Azur Airport (NCE): Distance to The Eden Hotel is 30 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis from the airport cost about 80 EUR. There are additional fees for motorway tolls and extra luggage, and fares are more expensive at night. Gare St Augustin station is 500 metres from the terminals and trains run from here to Cannes. Buses 200 and 210 also run to Cannes. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Cannes city centre is compact and easy to explore on foot. A good bus service covers the suburbs and outlying towns and villages. Trains connect Cannes with other cities along the south coast.
Driving directions. From the airport, follow Highway A8, taking exit 42 towards Cannes and Mougins. Continue in the direction of "Cannes centre" and at the bottom of Boulevard Carnot, turn left and follow signs to Antibes. At the roundabout at the Pont des Gabres, take the first turning on the right into Rue d'Antibes. The Eden Hotel is 150 metres, on the right.
