Location. The Glashaus Hotel is located in the centre of Tallaght, Ireland, 12 kilometres from the centre of Dublin and 63 kilometres from Drogheda. Heuston train station is at a 12-kilometre distance from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Housed in a modern two- storey property, The Glashaus Hotel offers complimentary Internet connections and 24-hour room service. Those arriving by car will also find parking available on site (surcharge).

The Glashaus Hotel houses the contemporary, informal Osten Square Café Bar, offering international dishes.

Guestrooms. The 48 guestrooms have modern decor with crisp, white linen and mahogany furnishings, and extend to bathrooms with marble floors and complimentary toiletries. Amenities include Internet connections, flatscreen satellite television, direct- dial phones, hair dryers, coffee and tea makers, and safes.

Expert Tip. Surrounded by stunning landscape, Glendalough, 54 kilometres from the hotel, is set in a glaciated valley with two lakes and houses the remains of a 6th-century monastery founded by St Kevin. The area also offers excellent hill walking and rock climbing opportunities.

Retningsanvisninger

From Dublin International Airport (DUB):
Distance to the Glashaus Hotel is 12 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The easiest way to reach the hotel from the airport is by hire car or taxi, costing approximately 35 EUR. Prices are all subject to change. There is a bus that runs from the airport to Tallaght for 8 EUR.

Getting around. Tallaght can be explored on foot. A car is advisable for travelling further afield.

Driving directions. From the airport, take the second exit at the roundabout (signposted Way Out).
Turn right onto the Swords Road (R132), signposted for Santry.
Turn right and bear left onto the R108.
At the roundabout take the third exit and join the M50 motorway (signposted Southbound).
Enter Dublin and go through the West Link Toll Bridge.
Leave the M50 at Junction 11 (signposted Tallaght, Blessington N81) and stay in the right lane.
At the roundabout take the third exit and continue on the dual carriageway.
Go over the small roundabout and pass Tallaght Village on the right-hand side.
Continue on until reaching the Square Shopping Centre on the right-hand side.
Turn right at the lights, signposted for the hospital.
Continue straight through the first set of traffic lights.
At the third set of lights turn right, and at the roundabout take the third exit.
