Housed in a high-tech glass and steel building with panoramic views of Cagliari, the T Hotel is located opposite the Opera House, one kilometre from the old town. The 207 air-conditioned guestrooms have modern decor with bright colour designs. All include satellite television, pay movies, direct-dial phones, minibars and safes. Bathrooms offer makeup/shaving mirrors and slippers.

An American buffet breakfast is served each morning and creative regional dishes are on the menu in the restaurant, while the bistro serves lighter meals on the terrace. Guests can relax in the air-conditioned lounge with a drink from the bar and browse the complimentary newspapers or borrow a book from the library. There is wireless Internet access throughout the public areas (surcharge) and the business centre offers secretarial services, computers and conference rooms with the latest audio-visual equipment. Relaxation amenities include a hydrotherapy pool, six hydromassage pathways, Turkish bath and emotional showers, massaging showers that include chromotherapy and aromatherapy (surcharges apply). The fitness centre features a treadmill, exercise bicycles, elipitic equipment, a vibrating platform and abdominal boards. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk can advise on local sightseeing opportunities.

The hotel is minutes away from shops, bars and cafes, and the Roman Amphitheatre is only 1.5 kilometres away. For those wanting to spend a day in the sun, Poetto beach is five kilometres from the hotel. Cagliari Airport is 10 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 20 minutes. Please note:
Guests under 18 years old have access to the T Spa between 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. and must be accompanied by an adult.

From the airport, take the road towards Cagliari and follow the directions for "Cagliari Ospedali". Follow the signs for the T Hotel.
