Location. The seafront Miramare E Castello Hotel on the island of Ischia, Italy, is located between the Bay of Naples and the Gulf of Gaeta in the Tyrrhenian Sea. From Naples Capodichino Airport (NAP): Distance to Miramare E Castello Hotel is 40 kilometres, approximately one hour's drive.
Getting there. Taxis depart for Naples Port (at the bottom of Piazza Municipio) from where hydrofoils and ferries sail to the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and the islands of Ischia and Capri. On arrival in Ischia, guests can take a taxi to the hotel. The hotel can arrange limousine, motorboat and helicopter transport from the airport to the island of Ischia. A taxi from Porto d'Ischia to the hotel costs about 10 EUR.
Getting around. The hotel is on Via Pontiano, 1 kilometre from the harbour. The island is easily explored on foot, by bicycle or by private car. The hotel offers complimentary parking.
