    We had two experiences- the lady on the front desk in the morning was rude ( she often ignored us) and disinterested in us. The lady on the desk in the evening was pleasant , friendly and couldn't do enough for us. If I was running this hotel I would lose the lady in the morning and promote the one in the evening.
