The My Hotels Galilei is a modern hotel set in a striking, glass-fronted structure in the picturesque region of Tuscany in central Italy, just 500 metres from the airport and three kilometres from Pisa's historic centre with its leaning tower. The 156 guestrooms, over six floors, feature contemporary decor in natural colours with wood furnishings. All include air conditioning, direct-dial phones, cable television, high-speed Internet connections, safes, minibars and hair dryers.
The hotel's Restaurant Galilei offers a choice of national and international cuisine with Tuscan delicacies and an extensive wine list. It is set in a modern space with dark wood furniture and parquet floors. Guests can relax with a drink in the light and airy lounge, access wireless Internet in the air-conditioned public areas, and take advantage of the shuttle service to Pisa centre, the airport and the train station. There is also a conference centre for up to 1000 delegates, and secretarial and translation services. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk can offer currency exchange, while other amenities include a concierge desk and free parking. The hotel's location means that guests are two kilometres from the beautiful Tyrrhenian Coast, three kilometres from Pisa's historic centre with its famous Leaning Tower, and 75 kilometres from Florence's city centre. Pisa International Airport Galileo Galilei Airport is 500 metres from the hotel, an approximate driving time of five minutes.

Retningsanvisninger

Taxis are readily available from the arrivals terminal, and cost approximately 10 EUR to get to the hotel. The airport has its own train station with direct trains to Pisa central station, Florence, Lucca and beyond. The CPT number Three bus connects the airport with Pisa city centre. Taxis are readily available to take guests to historic Pisa, which is then easily explored on foot. To explore the surrounding countryside however and other Tuscan towns, car hire is highly recommended and buses are also available.
