The Relais Vignale is a restored 18th-century manor house with original frescoes and fireplaces, and is situated in a medieval hillside village, 20 kilometres from Siena. The 42 guestrooms are decorated in traditional Tuscan style with polished wooden furnishings and tiled floors, and offer panoramic views over the countryside. Amenities include cable television, dial-up and wireless Internet connections, direct-dial phones, safes, desks and refrigerators. Bathrooms are equipped with showers, bidets, makeup mirrors and designer toiletries.
Guests can bronze by the swimming pool, indulge in pampering beauty treatments, and enjoy complimentary tastings at the onsite wine shop. The Ristorante Vignale serves refined Tuscan food, accompanied by an extensive wine list, in a classic Tuscan setting overlooking the vineyards. The San Donato wine bar offers a snack menu of Tuscan specialities, served in bright, modern surroundings. The hotel can also arrange tours of surrounding vineyards and wineries on request. After a day's sightseeing, guests can play pool, watch television or browse the complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Those with laptops get stay connected via wireless Internet access. Practical amenities include a 24-hour front desk, room service, laundry facilities and babysitting services. Motorists will find complimentary parking facilities on site. The hotel is situated in the centre of the village of Radda, and visitors can explore the medieval streets and the 14th-century church of San Nicolo. Another medieval town, Greve, is ten kilometres away, and the historic city of Siena can be found 20 kilometres from the hotel. Florence Vespucci Airport is 70 kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 70 minutes.
