Location. The modern Hotel Parco Tirreno is located in Rome, Italy, within two-and-a-half kilometres of Vatican City. The Spanish Steps are five kilometres from the hotel. The nearest metro station is Cornelia.
Hotel Features. Set in lush parkland, the Hotel Parco Tirreno is a pale pink-and-white building with inset balconies. Concierge services at the 24-hour front desk can arrange sightseeing tours.

The hotel offers a complimentary buffet breakfast. The restaurant, Il Cigno, is a relaxed dining room with wooden floors, bright walls and fabric-covered chairs, and has an a la carte menu of Italian dishes. The bar serves cocktails and drinks.

The Hotel Parco Tirreno has four conference/meeting rooms, translation services, and banquet facilities. Valet parking (surcharge) and mobile rental are available.

The hotel has a fitness centre, solarium, and outdoor pool open during spring and summer (surcharge).

Guestrooms. The Hotel Parco Tirreno's 275 air-conditioned guestrooms have soft, neutral decor with patterned fabrics and balconies. All rooms have satellite television, safes and opening windows.

From Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO):
Distance to Hotel Parco Tirreno is 26 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The Leonardo Express runs between the airport and the Termini train station in the city centre every 30 minutes. The journey time is about 35 minutes and single tickets cost 9.50 EUR. The Terravision shuttle bus runs between the airport and Termini station. Taxis to the city centre cost about 60 EUR, and taking a metered licensed taxi is advised. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. The Hotel Parco Tirreno is on Via Aurelia. Rome's historic city centre is easy to explore on foot, as many attractions are located close together. Cornelia is the nearest metro station to the hotel. The city has an efficient public transport system, including trams, buses, suburban trains, and metro (underground). Tickets can be purchased from tobacconists and ATAC ticket machines, and should be bought prior to boarding. Single tickets cost 1 EUR, and are valid for 75 minutes, covering one metro trip and unlimited bus travel. Driving in the city centre is not advised for visitors.

Driving directions. From Rome Fiumicino Airport:
Take the Autostrada Roma -Fiumicino and take the exit for Firenze, Via Aurelia.
Continue along the G.R.A. ring road around Rome and take exit 1: Aurelia in the direction of Vatican City.
The Hotel Parco Tirreno is three-and-a-half kilometres up on the left-hand side.
