Location. The Eurostars Grand Marina hotel is set on a pier jutting out into the Mediterranean Sea in Barcelona, Spain. Overlooking La Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter, the hotel is adjacent to the World Trade Center. Barcelona Airport (BCN) is 15 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Designed by renowned architects Pei, Cobb, Freed and Partners, the Eurostars Grand Marina hotel features a marble-floored lobby with steel pillars and a spiral staircase. The walk to the hotel's entrance takes in a cable-car station and an array of fountains.

The Eurostars Grand Marina hotel's bijoux Aire de Mar restaurant serves a seasonal menu in a wood-floored dining room. The gourmet set meal includes dishes like oysters with cauliflower cream and Beluga caviar. There's a seasonal outdoor café and room service is available 24 hours a day.

Groups can be accommodated in the hotel's five conference rooms, or three of the rooms can be combined to form a banqueting area with views of the hotel's courtyard. The hotel can also arrange meeting rooms in the World Trade Center.

The hotel's rooftop pool (open early June to mid-September) and well-equipped gym overlook the city and the sea. There are two saunas and a jetted spa.

Guestrooms. Decorated to evoke the style of a passenger ship, the Eurostars Grand Marina hotel's 273 air-conditioned guestrooms feature cherrywood and pine furnishings, and hardwood floors. Rooms feature high-speed Internet connections, satellite television and minibars. In-room massages are available, and bathrooms feature hydro-massage bathtubs, bathrobes and slippers. Northern wing rooms have sea views.

Expert Tip. Guestrooms are decorated with the winning pictures from the hotel's annual photography competition.

From Barcelona Airport (BCN):
Distance to Eurostars Grand Marina is 15 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.

Getting there. There is a train station a short walk away from the airport terminals. The RENFE train runs between the airport and Barcelona's centre every half an hour. The fare is 3 EUR for a single ticket. There is an Aerobus service operating to Plaça de Catalunya every 12 minutes, costing 6.50 EUR for a return ticket. There are taxi ranks in front of the terminal buildings, and the fare to the city centre is approximately 25 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. The hotel is in the Old Port area. The integrated metro and bus system in Barcelona is a cheap, efficient way to explore the city. Validate tickets in machines prior to boarding. The hotel has an onsite garage (surcharge).

Driving directions. From Barcelona Airport:
Take the highway towards Barcelona Port Ronda Litoral.
Take Exit 21 to the roundabout, and the hotel will be on your right-hand side.
