The Scandic Södertälje is a modern hotel located at the intersection of the E4 and E20 motorways, three kilometres from the town centre and 30 kilometres from Stockholm. This six-floor hotel features 131 modern guestrooms, all of which include televisions, clock radios, desks, and bathrooms with hair dryers and tubs or showers. Guests who wish to explore the area can visit Stockholm, 30 kilometres away, home to numerous museums, galleries, sh ops and restaurants. Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) is 70 kilometres from the hotel, around 60 minutes by car.

The airport has three railway stations: one for long- distance destinations and two for frequent express trains to Stockholm, from where onward transport to Södertälje is available. Taxis run from directly outside the terminals. When taking a taxi, passengers should speak to a taxi coordinator, found outside the terminal building. There are also bus stations outside terminals 2, 4 and 5.
