Location. The Nordic Sea Hotel is located in the centre of Stockholm, Sweden. The city's Old Town, Houses of Parliament and Royal Palace are one kilometre away. Stockholm's central station is across the road from the hotel.
Hotel Features. The Nordic Sea Hotel has a maritime theme, with contemporary Scandinavian design touches, an outdoor terrace, and original artworks.

Sea Bar & Restaurant has one of Stockholm's longest bars. It is decorated in earthy tones with large photographs of Stockholm. Freshly baked bread and fresh fruit salad are always on the breakfast menu. The Absolut Icebar has a souvenir shop and only 60 people are allowed in at a time.

Up to 90 people can be accomodated in the hotel's meeting rooms, including a cinema that seats 53. Three of the meeting rooms are designed especially for creative meetings. There's a 24-hour business centre, and wireless Internet access is available in public areas for a fee.

The Nordic Sea Hotel's health club features a gym with free weights and cardiovascular equipment. There is a steam room and sauna.

Guestrooms. The Nordic Sea Hotel's 367 climate-controlled guestrooms are decorated in simple white and sea blue. Rooms feature wooden floors, contemporary furniture and plexiglass artworks. All offer complimentary high-speed Internet connections, satellite television, safes, minibars and tea/coffee- making facilities. Bathrooms are decorated with coral- effect tiles and have telephones.

Expert Tip. The Arlanda Airport Express train from the airport stops at the central station, across the road from the hotel.

From Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN):
Distance to Nordic Sea Hotel is 35 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The Arlanda Express train runs between the airport and Stockholm central station, which is adjacent to the hotel. The journey time is 20 minutes, and single tickets cost 200 SEK. Trains depart from the underground railway station. Flygbussarna airport coaches run between terminals 2, 4 and 5 and central Stockholm every 10 minutes at peak times. Buses to many other destinations are also available. Taxi rank officers are available to guide passengers to a variety of taxis, including environmentally friendly cars. Taxis to the city centre cost about 400 SEK. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. The hotel is on Vasaplan in the centre of Stockholm. Stockholm city centre is easy to explore on foot, and has many pedestrianised streets. The city is served by an extensive bus network and metro (T-Banen) system, and trams run throughout parts of the city. Tickets are valid for 60 minutes and cost 30 SEK. Some islands in the city's archipelago are linked by boats in the summer months. Taxi fares can be very expensive. Garage parking is available at the hotel (surcharge).

Driving directions. From Arlanda Airport:
Take E4 towards the city centre.
Follow signs for Central Station, which is adjacent to the hotel.

Flott beliggenhet men rommene var små

Hotellet ligger kjempe sentralt, og er flott og nytt. Rommet vi hadde var ekstremt lite med køyseng og var uten vindu så en må ikke lide av klaustoforbi. Men vil anbefale hotellet og bor der gjerne igjen, men da på et større rom.
