The Derag Hotel Henriette is a modern city centre hotel, situated in the Kreuzberg district of Berlin on the banks of the Spree, one kilometre from Alexanderplatz. This six-floor property features 53 guestrooms with modern decor and furnishings. All offer cable television, direct-dial phones, bathrobes, hairdryers, safes and minibars.
Guests can head to the wellness centre for a work out in the gym, relax with a sauna, steam room or massage, browse complimentary newspapers with a coffee in the air- conditioned lobby, and enjoy drinks in the Attaché Bar, which offers a wide choice of wines, champagnes and spirits. Traditional Indian specialities and international cuisine is served in the hotel's Shezan Restaurant, which offers the option of dining on an antique boat on the River Spree during the summer. The hotel's sister hotel, Grosser Kurfürst, is across the road and houses an Ayurvedic Institute offering special spa packages to guests. Practical amenities at Hotel Henriette include a 24-hour front desk with concierge services, currency exchange, dry cleaning services, room service, Internet access in public areas (surcharge) and valet parking for those arriving by car (surcharge). The hotel is close to many of Berlin's top attractions, including Check Point Charlie and the Brandenburg Gate, both of which are within 2.5 kilometres. The nearest attraction is the Märkisches Museum, 300 kilometres from the hotel, and the Alexanderplatz and the Fernsehturm TV Tower are just one kilometre away. Berlin-Tegel Airport is 12 kilometres away, an approximate driving time of 25 minutes.

Retningsanvisninger

Taxis are readily available outside the terminal. Typical taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is 25 EUR. An airport bus is available that connects to the underground system. There is also a jet express airport shuttle serving central Berlin. Take Bus 109 to the station Zoologishcer Garten and change to the underground Line U2 in the direction of Pankow. Get off at the Märkisches Museum stop.
Driving directions: From the airport take the A111/e26 for 2.5 kilometres (1.5 miles) heading towards Exit 8, exit for Kreuz Reinickendorf, Zentrum, Charlottenburg. Continue until Exit 13 to the A100, take Exit 8 for Messedamm, and turn right onto Kaiserdamm. At the roundabout take the first exit heading for Hofjagerallee. Turn left onto Tiegartenstrasse. Turn right onto Entlastungaatrabe, then right onto B1, then right again onto Fischerinsel. Turn right onto Neue Ross-strasse.
